Our first Christmas in the south was great. It got cold , but didn't snow! We made our traditional gingerbread houses and we even found time to make some homemade sugar cookies. The kids opened PJ's on Christmas Eve and couldn't' wait for Santa to come.
Because Ben had to work Christmas Day we opened our presents very early. The kids got very spoiled and loved the Jacobs Family Tradition Hat Exchange. They couldn't wait to light the fireworks on New Years.
We went to our friends neighborhood for a New Year's block party. We lit our fireworks, ate some BBQ and roasted marshmallows.
